Some. 

I have a few colleagues with who I discuss politics and policy.  And I have an uncle who loves discussing politics. 

I generally don't discuss politics with neighbors, and I generally avoid discussing politics with strangers, unless I'm at a political event.  And I don't go out of my way to drag friends into such discussions if they don't seem interested in, or inclined to discuss, politics.
