He never introduced it as an amendment. All the others he introduced, he has included the words "seek to amend" or "Amendment:..." Which gives clear intent of purpose as such. Here he just posted a text with no procedural instuctions. Upon request for clarification, he just said it was up to the sponsor (meaning you) but never specified what response would qualify as triggering an automatic introduction.

I did PM him an hour or or so ago about this, FTR.

I knew yesterday at 6 when I started that big AVG download that it would prevent me from doing something later. And what is worse, I probably have to redo it.


Amendment 44:36 has passed.

I am going to interpret these last four posts as just Duke's ornate way of seconding Snowguy's motion for a final vote, rather than as debate which would delay a final vote. Tongue
