They have now taken down the Kerry-Edwards logo and replaced it with a simple JohnKerry.com logo. Also, it's no longer being paid for by Kerry-Edwards 04 Inc., but "Friends of John Kerry, Inc.".

Usually a former campaign's website is frozen in time for a few weeks after an election and then disappears. However, JohnKerry.com looks like a website of someone who is still a canidate...

Maybe Edwards asked to have his name taken off the web site because being associated with Kerry was bad for his future job prospects.

The Boston Globe reports that John Kerry plans to set up a federal campaign committee, Friends of John Kerry, which would allow him to seek a fifth term in the US Senate in 2008...
