I guess the Ron Paul fans can't claim "OBVIOUS CONSPIRACY!!!" on this one - he and Giuliani (who isn't even a declared candidate for President) are invited to DeMint's candidates' forum while Santorum and Huntsman are left out because they didn't hit the 5% threshold in polling.

Meanwhile, one of them hasn't even taken serious steps to signify that he's even running!

I can understand the point of having a threshold but at least give one of the spots to someone that's...uh...running for the office.
