No.  I was briefly engaged, but we later decided to keep the relationship open.

Half correct.  The half being "she" and the other half being "me"--hence, "we."

We quickly realized that we couldn't enjoy our company for more than three days a week and marriage is a seven day thing.

It is.  Cheaper and higher rate of succesex.

Maybe we can both find people we can tolerate four days out of the week to match and it'll all be good.
