Which Christian denomination is most friendly to Islam/Muslims?

Was thinking more about Lebanon with how well the Sunnis and Greek Orthodox get on.

First, there are no Greek Orthodox Churches, but only one Greek Orthodox Church and many other Eastern Orthodox Church and second, they are surprisingly tolerant of Islam, considering history.

As I mentioned earlier I was thinking more on the lines of Greek Orthodox and Sunni's having good relations in Lebanon.
