I have a feeling they won't use any of the questions I put on twitter.

But a good question about being pro business and pro worker at the same time.

Wait for it...wait...yep. Paul finds a way to reference Iraq/wars/foreign policy in a jobs question.

lol.  Fair enough.  In four of the five times he got to speak, he mentioned the defense budget.

The crowd just eats up anything Newt says. Why is he doing so bad in the polls?

I have to say that with each debate, my respect grows for Romney.

I've found that a lot of left-leaners I know respect him. One of my best friends, a liberal from a Democratic family, just loves the guy.

Don't get me wrong, I still hate him and think that he's a craven/spineless douchebag but at least he isn't acting like a dolt when it comes to entitlements when he could easily make his rhetoric sound closer to the conservative norm.

I know, I know.

Huntsman, your letting me down. Did I hear that right? We need more workers? I thought we had plenty.

I know we like to make fun of Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman, but both are debating like contenders tonight.  Bachmann, Cain, Gingrich, and Santorum (is he even there, I can't tell?) all seem to fall in the background.

Wait for it...wait...yep. Paul finds a way to reference Iraq/wars/foreign policy in a jobs question.

Because the vast amount of money spent on foreign affairs is totally separate from any impact it could have on the economy. Right.

Yeah, that's not what I'm saying but I don't expect fairness from the clinically insane.

Really? Because that's exactly what the implication was in your statement.

I understand you like to poo-poo any of us evil lefties that have issues with what the candidates are saying, but this forum is a marginally more serious forum for discussion than that debate is. I see politics as something a little bit more serious than theater.

Oh look, all the Republicans lack a basic understanding of macro-economics and monetary policy. Neat!

Thank God Santorum and Cain had sane responses to this Fed question. I love how it went to Santorum first. Paul must be crying. But don't worry: he'll get to answer...and find a way to reference foreign embassies, wars, etc.
