This whole WWF extended intro and music is embarassing. As it is not standard for CNN I suspect the Tea Party people were the geniuses behind it

Rick Perry: No one has had the courage to say how they will fix the [Social Security] system.

...um, neither have you.

Well, this is a tea party debate, so their interest in sane responses is even lower than usual.

I guess Romney should just scream one liners for the rest of the debate then, since that is what the audience wants.

To play to the room just use the phrases
- Obama is a liar
- Freedom
- Keep your money
- Constitution

Did Bachmann just criticize the Bush tax cuts? (and therefore extending them?)

Businesses arent waiting for the EPA to be abolished to start hiring, they are waiting for consumers to spend more.

Hard to say who is winning at this point

Therefore Rick Perry is winning

Perry's "I can't be bought for $5000 line" kind of implies there is a number where he can be bought

I think Rick Perry has like a 30 to 40 minute limit for debates and then he starts to lose steam.

Bachmann seems to think that the louder your answer the better

Wow Huntsman is going for the cheap shots tonight.

I like Jon but it seems that he feels he has to lower himself in order to compete.

Romney
Cain
Gingrich
