FDR deciedes to retire in 1944 after three terms as president, the democrats nominate former Indiana Governor Paul McNutt with Harry Truman and the Republicans nominate Representative Everett Dirksen and John Bricker .

WWII ad the economy are in the same shape they were in real time.

What  is the result?

This is a entirely unrealistic scenario. If FDR didn't run for reelection, it's likely that the Democrats nominate someone from his cabinet (Farley, Hull, or Garner) or if not, a nationally recognized leader. At the same time, the GOP is going to nominate someone who can win, as this is a great opportunity to take back the White House. Maybe Lindbergh?
