Anyone who uses certain words, well, this is how I'd deal with them.

Call them into a room. Sit with them. And explain that this word is not acceptable, and is not permitted to be used. Make sure they've heard you.

Then, if you see them use that word again, even in the middle of a sporting match, send out people and forcibly remove him from the field, and never allow him to return.

Problem solved.
