I have a question.

If I want to post a what-if map of 1892 or 1912, elections where there were states with split Electors, how can I do this when putting it in the URL?

I'm afraid you can't. Even electoral votes calculator maps for elections with split electors doesn't have this option.

For example, 1960. Part of Alabama electors voted for Kennedy, part for Byrd. Yet, EVC lists Byrd as winner of all AL votes.

Thanks! Maybe a compromise would be to blend the colors of the candidates winning Electors.

Maybe we could devise a way to make editing the code to add extra boxes possible. Like how Maine has "ME, ME1, ME2" in the code, you could add "AL1" or something like that to put a box by Alabama giving a space to split the electoral votes.
