I don't think everything needs to be filled in, if nothing is available for it.

Seems good; if perhaps a bit much.

Give the city, not the country, for publication.  And don't number your sources.

Numbering is mandatory, as is whatever not footnoting is called. Tongue

Then your teacher is an idiot.

Also, is it mandatory to use the Harvard system, or can you use footnoting instead? Footnoting looks so much nicer.

Teachers hate footnotes, for some reason.  It does look much nicer, and frankly, more scholarly.

Shorter paragraphs and more filler words.

A = 95-100 = 6.0
B+ = 90-94 = 5.0
B = 85-89 = 4.0
C+ = 80-84 = 3.0
C = 75-79 = 2.0
D = 70-74 = 1.0
E = 60-69 = 0.0
F = 0-59 = 0.0

Our system is slightly different:

A = 89.5-100 = 4.0 (5.0 AP)
B+ = 87-89.4 = 3.5 (4.5 AP)
B = 79.5-86.9 = 3.0 (4.0 AP)
C+ = 77-79.4 = 2.5 (3.5 AP)
C = 69.5-76.9 = 2.0 (3.0 AP)
D+ = 67-69.4 = 1.5 (2.5 AP)
D = 59.5-66.9 = 1.0 (2.0 AP)
E = 0-59.4 = 0.0
