I have not met anyone but Bill Clinton i met him in 1999 and in 2008 when he was campaigning for hillary.

Have you met any Presidential Candidates or any former presidents?

Newt on 3 separate occasions. Extremely smart man, personable and shorter than I pictured he would be.

Bachmann once. Didn't like her.

Tommy Thompson on a couple occasions. Parents sat right next to him at the Rose Bowl in the late 90s.

That's about it.

I have some pretty well connected family and friends in a few areas so I do know quite a few high ranking politicians act on a personal level.

No American Presidents, but I've met former Australian Prime Minister John Howard a number of times, including while he was PM, I handed out how to vote cards at the same polling place as former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, back when he was a first-term backbencher and spoke with him on the day, and I've attended a couple of citizenship ceremonies with Prime Minister Julia Gillard, although she was Deputy PM back then, and we didn't converse.

I've met Spanish president Rodriguez Zapatero, fmr. pres. Felipe Gonzalez and candidate Perez Rubalcaba... I've met almost every famous socialist politician in Spain.

I've also met Jindal a few times who will be a presidential candidate in the future.

Never met a former president.

Bill Clinton, I talked briefly to Gore at a college near me, the current President was at Buffalo wings last summer, which is a few blocks from where I work.  However, I never got to see him.  Other than that, I don't think there's anyone else.

Edit:  You can add Cuomo if he runs when Obama's 2nd term is over.

LOL, not really. But that's just me. Not the biggest fan of the reconstructed face look. Keep in mind women in Twin Cities area are as whole quite stunning. A lot of Scandinavian ancestry.

I met Obama during the 2004 convention along with Kerry and Edwards.

When I was younger, I met Clinton at a fundraiser for Gore. I also met Carter and Mondale there.

No, but I once stood within a few feet of Ted Kennedy at a banquet.

I did meet Chris Heinz, John Kerry's stepson, and got to talk with him for a while.  I asked him why Kerry voted for the Iraq War resolution.  He said that Kerry had long been an advocate of taking strong measures against Saddam, and worried he'd be seen as a hypocrite if he didn't vote for the resolution.

My aunt shook hands with LBJ one time.

Nah...the closest I've come is my dad meeting Chris Christie. It wasn't even me, and he's not even running for President haha. But my dad seemed to think he was a cool guy. Totally normal.
