Well the sample size was 600

Detroit has about 700,000 people, Michigan has just under 10,000,000.  Polling across Michigan evenly would have polled about 42 people in Detroit, so it's likely they just got 42 people who support Obama.

John McCain (R) - 2.4%

It'll be a major battleground if Romney is nominated. Otherwise, probably not.
