Thinly thinly veiled death panel point brought up by Bachmann. It was so funny listening to that as she built it up.

9-9-9!!!!!!

well-studied, and well-developed
Best part is how he defends it with total bullsh**t, and everybody buys it up anyway.

This is supposed to be a "family style discussion"...

Cain, Romney and Newt are the arguing uncles.

Bachmann is the phsyco aunt.

Perry is the drunken husband of Aunt Michelle who is reffered to as "Michelles husband" instead of Uncle..

Huntsman is the stoned cousin; Santorum is the closeted gay cousin. They are Rick and Michelles kid.

And Paul is the kind grandad who still makes sense.
This is pretty spot on. Btw is Romney going to take the plunge now, because he defended TARP? Or is it going to be the same deal as his MA governor healthcare bill, since he qualified as Bush's plan?

He wasn't defending "TARP" or "bailouts." Scorn the label, praise the the policy. (As with "Obamacare.")
So Romney keeps digging his hole?

I think Cain is owning this because he is the only one with a plan that can be explained in 10 seconds, despite it being a terrible piece of sh**t.

Bachmann said that Cain's plan would increase taxes(national sales tax). Perry was doing pretty well at making a coherent argument for a while there, but in the end he ed up.

This is turning out to be a good debate. I hope somebody actually asks Cain in foreign policy or something other than 999.

Good, interesting Q from Gingrich.

Will anyone ask someone other than Romney a Q?

Romney just said "I care about people" in regard to healthcare. Could hurt him. Tongue
He said things worse than this, I doubt it will hurt him. I am not sure why he is asking Bachmann though.

The way Perry pronounced Martinez. Subtle cue to Hispanic voters, but anti-immigration voters from the interior states may have heard it too.
How many Hispanic voters are watching GOP primary?

The mere fact that Cain is drawing so much fire. Does it draw media attention? Attention from voters who hadn't been taking him seriously?

Or do the punches landed by Paul and Santorum take a chunk out of him?
He just skirts the question and says 9-9-9. I am not sure how long this is going to work. It's getting absurd.
