I'm just asking because I always figured him for a Hispanic, since he governed New Mexico.
However, Johnson's Wikipedia article at no point indicates facts that could substantiate my supposition.
He was even born in North Dakota. How pathetic is that!

Sounds like you were just making a dumb assumption. Turns out not even a majority of New Mexicans are hispanic.

Is Richardson a Hispanic?

Many users felt offended by my old user name. I therefore picked a more innocuous one.

"Innocuous"? Wtf?

Yeah, Richardson is Hispanic. One Anglo grandparent, happens to be the father's father.

Ich weiß was das Wort heißt. Und ich glaube, dass auch manche Amis - und auf alle Fälle die meisten Briten - wissen, was Senfgas heißt.

My assumption is not that dumb since Johnson looks a bit like a Smurf.

Lolwut?

I don't see that at all.  Actually he kind of looks more like a gay Vince McMahon or a creepier Crispin Glover.

Reminds me of that Brothers in Arms game my brother used to play.

German:'Da sind die Ami's!'
*Lots of shooting*
*Silence as Germans are dead*
Other German: 'Da sind die Ami's!'
*Repeat the preceding*

Yeah, it was a repetitive game, I believe.

Also, 'Senfgas'? Not the most 'harmless' of usernames, you know.

Oy vey.  Now, now, a mulatto like me might not be in the best position to separate the poser whiteys from one of the brothers, but Johnson knows whats up down here.  Porque si?  He's got a little connect on the Hisbonics y todo.

I hope that was the answer you were looking for with this thread.

That's a pity.

If Ron Paul receives the Republican nomination, he will definitely choose Johnson as his running mate, since they show the biggest overlap in world view among all candidates.
This set-up could have been taken advantage of by emphasizing Johnson being the first spic to become president. In doing so they could have enticed away some minority groups, particularly in the West, that may vote for Obama.

Tough luck!

No. At that one debate Johnson was invited to, he basically said "I want to be the next Ron Paul". Ron Paul promptly failed to mention Johnson once. Paul's smart enought to balance the ticket.

But who should Paul choose instead of Johnson?

He mustn't pick Perry, who's from the same state as him himself.
He won't take anyone, who used to work for an institute he wants to abolish.
He won't choose Romney, who is way too economically liberal by his standards.
He won't pick Sarah Palin I. or II., either.
Only Gingrich and Huntsman would remain; but do their political positions consort with each other?

Remember also that Ron Paul's survival odd's are subpar.
Thus, he will nominate someone as his running mate who shares the same worldview.

They might not, but that's the point. The ticket should be balanced. I also don't get the point about not choosing anyone from an agency he wants abolished. Let's say he wants Rod Paige to be his VP candidate. He can't choose him, because he worked for the Dept. of Education.

I don't think a concern with balance is what was behind that.

Ich weiß was das Wort heißt. Und ich glaube, dass auch manche Amis - und auf alle Fälle die meisten Briten - wissen, was Senfgas heißt.
Is senfgas what you ass-perfume your bedroom with after a night of heavy beer drinking and a trip to the hot dog stand?

By the way, I think "pussy/c**nt/vagina licker" (female) is more offensive than "mustard gas".

Just enter it in the English wiki.

I kinda liked the interim name "Pussyc**nt" (first word as in a -cat compound), though.

Yeah, Richardson is Hispanic. One Anglo grandparent, happens to be the father's father.

Oddly, Richardson is not from New Mexico, originally.  His father was a Citibank employee in Mexico City, who had been born in Nicaragua but grew up in Boston.  Bill, III grew up in Mexico City, until he was sent to prep school in Massachusetts at 13, and then on to Tufts.

But Richardson was born in California, so that he is eligible for president.
