LOL sure! 30% undecided hey wait a minute doesnt the undecides voters go 60% to the challenger??

Romney Obama: 44/47
Santorum/Obama: 40.6/48.4
Cain/Obama: 41.4/49.6
Perry/Obama: 37.4/51.6

Not always, 2004 showed a weakening of that rule. A definite lean against the incumbent, but not by the same extent as in the past.
