I was having the discussion at work with some co-workers, men and women some only 18 years old, another was in their 50s, and when I said, "I think there is a chance Obama wins" they all looked at me like I was insane. A younger black guy who I work with had on a shirt with Obama's face and said something to the effect, "Mike...if you think he's gonna win, you're crazy!" I was surprised to see this reaction from young people and an African American Obama supporter. There was ZERO enthusiasm for Obama.
You know, Literary Digest polled 2.4 million people in 1936 to your few people, and that didn't work out so well.
