We also plan to repeal and replace the current healthcare law that mandates each Atlasian to purchase health insurance and replace it with a market-based system.

Replacing Atlasian National Healthcare with a market-based system is a possibility, but Atlasia doesn't have a mandate to purchase health insurance. 

So we have a public option?
