CNN said there is no exact trend for tonight, but I think this is looking to be a very positive night for progressives.

Yeah, wtf? How is this not a good night for Democrats and Democratic causes?

Ooh, I didn't know this.  Conservative/Tea Party Democrat-turned-Republican Mayor Mike Jarjura of Waterbury lost his bid for a sixth term to the liberal Democrat that beat him in the primary. Smiley

Apparently we took some other big cities held by incumbent Republicans, too.
