Here's the preliminary Ohio Issue 2 map. All but 15 counties are all the way in, but most of those 15 are mostly in. The only county I'd worry about maybe changing on this map is Delaware County.

Ladies and gentleman, State Representative Paul Scott (R) has been recalled for his horrid anti-teacher bills. Rep. Paul Scott has been recalled, 12,358 (50.5%) to 12,126 (49.5%), a 232 vote margin.
