I've never seen such a shi**y results page for a poll (just click on the link and see yourself):

19% Cain
11% Romney
  8% Perry
  6% Bachmann
  6% Gingrich
  6% Paul
  1% Santorum
  2% Declined
13% Others
28% Undecided

...

Obama Approval:

39-54

37-41 Obama/Cain
38-42 Obama/Romney
39-40 Obama/Perry

33-28-14 Obama/Romney/Bloomberg
34-28-18 Obama/Romney/Buffet
38-35-8   Obama/Romney/Baldwin

Not a surprise for Cain.  He was born there, after all.  But I don't think the Democrats will win much there on a state level in at least the next twenty years.

The Obama number is probably right. The Republican number is what's low.

He's the only guy who's actually campaigned there, I think.

It's not Tennessee's fault nor is it the pollsters. The candidates suck. Republicans don't know whom to support. Anecdotal evidence also sucks, but I've had this conversation with actual Tennessee Republicans. And while Tennessee would be one of the last states to vote for Obama (and I feel confident the GOP has this one on lockdown), 40+ state landslides are not all that rare. Did I mention the GOP field sucks?
