What is Bushie doing now?  Looking for Obama's birth certificate?  Reenacting some scenes from "The Book of Mormon" (the musical)?

More likely, he's praying to Jesus to help him recover from gastro issues. And for some A/C.

I expect he's witnessing to a village full of Kenyans and partaking in their customs which would be a hilarious video.

Nah, I'm going to imagine that Bushie is looking for Obama's birth certificate.  Or at least meeting up with Joe Republic, as described here:

Last we heard he was in the slums of Kenya converting people or some such nonsense......

He's probably got a migrane, the sh**ts, and all kinds of other issues going on......

Ugh.

Naso should become a missionary in Africa.

Imagine his videos.

I am home from Kenya! I am very, very tired, but I am very, very humbled.  We have way too much in America it spoils us.  Kenya doesn't have near as much as Oklahoma does.  My diet consisted of beans, chicken, and rice with sweet watermelon, fresh pineapple, and fresh bananas.  Breakfast was the normal bacon and eggs each morning.  I did get sick a couple of times over the week, but the Lord quickly gave me recovery in my health so I could continue serving.  I have become the sponsor of two young children from the Maisha international orphanage.  These children are total orphans with no father, and a deceased mother.  They live with their grandmother right now and don't even own a pair of shoes.  If you hear me refer to my son or my daughter you will know that my son is Phelix and my daughter is Rose.  They are brother and sister.  I can rightfully claim status as their parent as I will be their primary source of financial support.  It doesn't cost me much money, only $35 per child.  I've got a few lifestyle changes to make so I can fit these children in.  I am also going to start saving up to return to Kisumu, Kenya in March, 2013.

He's really gone off the deep end...

It does seem that way, but it is definitely not out of the question.  I don't think anything will happen in the next couple of years, at least, as it takes a lot of preparation of the heart to make the biggest decision that I will likely ever make in my life.  Needless to say, I am still praying and seeking God's Will.  My former pastor's daughter made this decision within the last five years in first sensing a call to foreign missions in South Africa, receiving confirmation of it 6 months later, and then 2 years of preparation.  Now, she is married to an American transplant in South Africa and, as far as I know, they plan to stay in South Africa the rest of their lives and she will just be 20 next February.  I could very easily see myself moving to Kisumu, Kenya and being very happy.  Granted, South Africa is more "westernized" than Kenya, but still, its so far away, and in fact South Africa is even farther away.  Let's be perfectly clear, though, I am not making any decisions one way or the other right now, and I'm going to try not to plan, except to plan to follow my Christ and let Him lead me and guide me.

I have this awful feeling BushOK is going to quit his job and move to Kenya very soon. We've seen this before when he was going to be "patient" with women and next think you knew he was engaged.

Unfortunately, if he thinks God is telling him to move to Africa, it'll probably really happen sooner rather than later.

The really sad thing is that Bushie really does mean well.

Needless to say, I am still praying and seeking God's Will.

I'm confused.  I thought the will of God was simple:

1Tim 4:3 "It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; 4 that each of you should learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable, 5 not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God; 6 and that in this matter no one should wrong his brother or take advantage of him."

I know he does, but I think he does brash and reckless things and does not really think about the consequences. I admire him for wanting to support these kids, but is his money going to them or lining the pockets of some scammer? Can he afford to support them and live on his own, or will his parents have to chip in? Is he letting these urges of wanting to travel and move now that he's been outside of Oklahoma for the first time cloud his reality?

I've known people to go to these mission trips and go about it full time. They come and go, move around all the time and really don't have a home, although I suppose "god" is their home, but whatever. Then they have kids and move them all around the world and they never really have normal lives, aren't educated properly, and the like.

I do sincerely hope he doesn't make a crazy move because he misses the thrill of a vacation. I don't want to see him throw away his job and forcing his parents to again support one of his frivolous episodes.

Oh no. I just read BushOK's Facebook. He is about to make a huge mistake. He's convincing himself that his growing urge to go back to Africa is god doing it and not his own mind. You know, when I wanted him to get out of Oklahoma because I feel it's a cesspool of dumbs and bigots, I never envisioned him taking that advice and wanting to move to Africa of all places.

Either Africa or Oklahoma, in that case, works.

Dukey, I'm not doing anything right away, but it will eventually happen.  I still have work to do in Oklahoma for a little while longer, but the way I'm seeing it now, I could be an "American-African" within the next 15-24 months.  It definitely won't happen in 2012, and it very likely won't happen until the latter half of 2013 at the very earliest.  I'm also not going until I have a way to make a living down there lined up without becoming another mouth to feed.  I'm consulting with many different trusted friends and advisors.  I'm talking with missionary friends in China and South Africa.  I'm talking to the mother of the South African missionary.  I'm also consulting with some very trusted family advisors (not my parents, quite yet).  I'm also consulting with my current pastor and his wife as well as my former pastor and his wife (the same couple whose daughter is in S Africa).  I'm also consulting with a former college advisor who is well experienced in mission work.  I've got many different people to consult with before I make any kind of efforts to move.  Rest assured, though, while I feel like I could be on the next flight out, I also have work to do in Oklahoma to prepare me to go down to Africa.  Nothing is going to happen within the next 15 months, I can guarantee that, and that's bare minimum.  God's Will, I believe, is for me to move to Kenya eventually, but not for at least 15-24 months if not a little longer.  Right now, I just have a deep, deep longing to be "home" in Kisumu, Kenya, and I know I will get home eventually.

I wonder if the tribal women groom their rosebuds... then again- perhaps the term "bush people" gives us that answer!

Please, fellas, if you want to talk that way about the Kenyan women, take it elsewhere.  I don't want to litter this thread with what they look like where.
