Um, I would hope that your trainer could score 100% on the test without having to look anything up...

Week 1 is in the books.  I really think this will be a good place to work.  I took the test Friday night at 23:00 and scored a 90%.  The minimum passing score was 80%, so I got more than enough. Smiley  Early next week, I will get my schedule for Week 4, which is our last week of training and our first week on the phone.  (9-13 July).  Then, hopefully, late next week, I will get my schedule for the next 3-4 months which will begin on Monday, 16 July 2012.

BushOK is going to have an interesting day tomorrow per his most recent status update! He's also going to be a "hot potato" by wearing jeans in the extreme Oklahoma heat!

Yep, I will be going to the Oklahoma City Zoo with the kids from church after church tomorrow.  The temperature is supposed to be 100 degrees under bright sunshine and since I don't own a pair of shorts, save for pajama shorts, I am going to be a baked potato by the time 17:00 rolls around!

Yeah, shorts can be so prohibitively expensive these days.  Given the choice between buying a pair of shorts or paying the mortgage...

Why would someone living some place with hot summers like Oklahoma not own any shorts?

South/East coast "professionalism".

I'm just not a huge fan of shorts for some reason and probably it has something to do with professionalism.  The only pair of "public" shorts I own are my swim trunks.

At 100 degrees, it matters very little whether one is wearing shorts or jeans. Either way, it's going to suck. I'd stick to the indoor attractions.

It's definitely going to be hot, either way, I grant you.  I'll be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the 4 hours I will be out there.  I imagine I'll be spending some significant time in the air conditioned exhibits.

We went to the zoo back in late May when the temperatures were in the 80s primarily, but it was raining that day, so we had to go the indoor Science Museum (formerly known as the Omniplex) next door to the Zoo.  I would gladly trade!

Wearing jeans in 100 degree weather is ridiculous.

If shorts bother you (they kind of do for me) get some linen slacks, not jeans!

What kind of shorts are not acceptable to wear in public? I've worn all kinds before.

Generally, it is hotter in Kenya than in Oklahoma, but they are just coming out of their rainy season and while we are supposed to be 102-104 degrees over the next week, and 99 yesterday, Kisumu, Kenya was reporting light rain and lower 80's, according to weather.com.

You'll need to buy some lighter clothes for Kenya. And maybe a few pairs of public shorts.

And now, a deep thought by BushKenya - I have often thought that Christmas lovers like myself get jipped every year.  There is 1 month out of the year where it's mostly our music, but 11 months out of the year there is not a peep of our music that is heard and if it is played, we are considered "weird, abnormal, crazy, even psychotic."  Why is that, I wonder?  Why are we considered crazy for practicing our hobby or interests?

Not trying to troll here, but just asking a question.
