One vote was cast in the Republican primary in Hudspeth County - for Lela Pittenger, who placed sixth statewide. Cheesy (Also, Culberson next door was a tie, with six votes each for Dewhurst, Cruz, and all others combined.)

Primaries that early are hilarious and purpose-defeating. Which is of course the point of setting them that early.
