No you're not. Only RPP members can join. You should come back to the JCP and join the Liberal Caucus. Smiley

But I thought...

There is nothing in the Caucus bill that says you cannot join.

Of course if the Senate is unwilling to consider Yelnoc's proposal or it does not have enough votes to pass, we could try using the National Initiative Ammendment once it passes (which it seems like to do). This may be a circumstance where the Senate's political will and the political will of the public at large are not the same.
