Economic improvement in his second term but overall a bit rougher than Clinton. Probably in the high teens.

Too soon to tell, especially if he has a second term as looks probable. If he has but a single term, then probably somewhere in the middle.  If has that second term then there will be comparisons inevitably drawn to Eisenhower and Clinton due to the similarity of having his first two years with his party in control of Congress, but not the other six.

Pretty sure he meant Andrew Johnson, a man usually found in the bottom ranks for denying civil and voting rights to Freedmen after the Civil War. Not to mention turning up drunk to his inauguration the day after Lincoln's assassination...
