Section 2 or any changes thereto won't change my vote on final passage, but on the record I'm just not personally a fan of it.

I also question the necessity of Section 2. I cheerfully despise office parks but they exist for a reason.
That's a crucial point. And it's not just office parks that are affected by this.  You need to define "address" here.

While I agree section 2 could be construed as vague, it is not for the purposes of this law.  If two businesses share an office suite, for example, they can just have a separate address... like
