Newt has his whole campaign on the line tonight.

I agree.

Paul is wearing a proper fitting suit, and looks more awake. This may be his big night.

Good start Ron Smiley

While Newt is a smart guy, and I'd vote for him over Obama, my allegiance remains strongly with Mitt.

Also, I have no idea how Cain and Perry once surged, while Santorum never had his moment. Perry is, quite literally, a moron.

After tonight, we will say goodbye to Huntsman, Santorum, and Bachmann. I would include Perry and Paul, but Perry is stubborn and will continue, and Paul is delusional due to his cult following and a few respectable polls - he'll never win the nomination.

Let's be honest, it's between Newt and Mitt. Let's hope the stormin Mormon pulls through.

I beg to differ. Ron Paul is a serious top-tier candidate to get the nomination.

Walter Block said a similar thing in a lecture I attended at Purdue. Throws the balanced budget blast.

So Perry thinks congress should only be able to tackle issues every other year? How does that make sense?

That about right.

Finally.

Iran debate coming up. Where did my buddy go? Time for Romney to kick Paul's ass and show what real foreign policy means. Smiley

Its more like Ron Paul will kick Mitt's rear.

I am interested in Perrys proposal on abolishing life terms on the SCOTUS.

Paul is 100% on Iran. If we could survive the USSR, then we could survive the Iranians easily.

Try 1953 Santorum. We were friends with Iran and we stabbed them in the back.

A strong national defense is defense. Not preemptive action.

Iran wasn't like that before we attacked Iran in 1953.
