Rick Perry: “Every barrel of oil that comes out of those sands in Canada is a barrel of oil that we don’t have to buy from a foreign source"

I can't believe I worried this guy would win the Republican primary.

In the context of energy independence, Canada and Mexico are both U.S. states.  The man really should have said "from overseas" or something like that, though.
