Will he try for the Constitution Party nomination again? Not that it particuarly matters, of course. Just curious.

He has been conspicuously absent in this cycle. Looks like he will not run again.

Isn't Virgil Goode running for the Constitution Party's nomination this year?

He tried calling himself "Herman Cain" but it didn't work out.

If Keyes wanted to run for President, he would of ran as a Republican. He is still popular in some Tea Party circles. He won't make a Constitution Party bid, he received a good thrashing from Howard Philips at the 2008 convention. He probably will seek the New American Independence Party nomination (now known as the Citizens Party). and likely will lose that as well. Ironically, he founded that party. So he will probably end up running with "No Party Affiliation" and get about 50,000 votes.

He has yet to declare.
