With the chance of a Paul victory tonite, I'm wondering when the last time a sitting House member who was running for Pres won a caucus or a primary.

Dick Gephardt won a few contests (including Iowa) in 1988.

I believe Richard Gephardt in 1988, winning Iowa, Missouri, and South Dakota.

Before Gephardt, Mo Udall in 1976 was the last one. The only state he actually received a plurality in was the Arizona caucus though.
