If I'm Zogby, I'd probably sell off and try to reboot his personal brand.  He had a decent run years ago.

It's always good when you have a clueless business partner (in this case the Brazilians) that have never heard about "Zogby's Interactive Polling (!!!)" before and then they are buying it for a huge sum. Good way to get rid of the skeletons in your closet and start anew ...

It looks like Zogby International was purchased by IBOPE, and then John Zogby left and founded this JZ Analytics company. On the JZ Analytics website, it says they were founded by "former employees of Zogby International."
