over would be a pretty serious shock, he's in freefall.  more likely he finishes third than >21.5%.

Where are you seeing a freefall?

'freefall' is too strong a term.  but he has peaked and is probably flatlined at 16-18% max.  he had to win Iowa to become some sort of ironic right-wing alternative to Romney.

RCP average is currently at 20%.  Most recent polling is in the 17-21 range.
