Well, it's a long time the oil companies stopped to work with Iran after last UN sanctions.

As for the warships, for UK I don't know, but both US and French have some military base in the Gulf, then maybe not much to read here.

this is a complete joke - the oil embargo isn't even planned to take effect until July...then it will be put off into 2013 so as not to damage chances for talks with Iran....then Iran will talk in circles for months just as they did last time, all the while as they continue to work on a nuke.

yep, the delay until July will simply allow Iran to make arrangements to sell any of their oil the EU refuses to buy - that is, *IF* the embargo goes into effect at all.
