The sample of this RV poll is 45D, 35R - which is way too friendly for the Democrats.

A more reasonable sample for LV would be 37D, 35R, 28I

Poll results would change to:

46% Obama
44% Romney

Outlier, no doubt this is an outlier.  If either candidate wins Florida by 15 points we are looking at a 400+ electoral vote victory
