Hello guys. How will the 2016 elections if the candidates are:

Republicans:
- Governor of New Jersey Chris Christie
- U.S. Ambassador to China and Governor of Utah Jon Huntsman
- Senator Marco Rubio from Florida
- Senator Rand Paul from Kentucky
- Senator John Thune from South Dakota
- Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton from Maryland
- U.S. Representative Allen West from Florida
- Businessman Herman Cain from Georgia
- Governor of Mississippi Haley Barbour
- Political consultant Fred Karger of California

Democrats:
- Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo
- Governor of Maryland Martin O'Malley
- Governor of Montana Brian Schweitzer
- Senator Al Franken from Minnesota
- U.S. Representative Denis Kucinich from Ohio
- Former U.S. Representative from Tennessee Harold Ford Jr from New York
- Senator and Former Governor of Virginia Mark Warner
- Former Senator Russ Feingold from Wisconsin
- Governor of Massassuchetts Deval Patrick

I do assume here of course that Barack Obama wins the 2012 Elections.

Who is the most likely to win Iowa? New Hampshire? South Carolina? Florida?
Who might win the primaries? Who will drop out first? Who will gain the major endorsements?

Christie, Rubio and Thune would be the frontrunner on the GOP. Rubio or Thune takes Iowa, Christie takes New Hampshire. A split field allows Christie to win South Carolina and wrap up the nomination after Super Tuesday.

For the Democrats Cuomo is the frontrunner, but Schweitzer surpasses him by winning Iowa and New Hampshire. With the base divided and Cuomo seen as too moderate, Schweitzer is able to pull it off and lock up the nomination.

Christie picks Rubio as his Vice President, Schweitzer taps O' Malley and Christie defeats Schweitzer in not a landslide, but a decisive victory.

I agree that Christie/Rubio is a likely GOP ticket but wouldn't Klobuchar make more sense than Franken?

Cuomo/Klobuchar 2016!

Franken as the nominee would be an example of life imitating art, except the Franken in "Why Not Me" is a completely different, and nastier person, from the Franken in real life.
