albania can't be trusted not to persecute the serbs in kosovo, which is why the idea of a 'greater albania' is a joke and always has been.

but hey, the serbs are always the bad guys so i don't expect anything to be done about that.

Honestly, the Serbs were quite bad, but only marginally worse than the KLA (only because they had more equipment to kill people with). The only "good guys" in the Balkan wars were the Slovenians. Maaaaaybe the Macedonians.

well, slovenia were only involved in the conflict for all of a fortnight and milosevic made it quite clear that he had no interest in trying to attack them, since the serb population in slovenia is tiny.

The KLA started the conflict in Kosovo and as bad the Serbs have behaved there, they haven't been (yet) implicated in killing Albanians to steal their organs.
The Macedonians were indeed the only "good guys" (though the country is still poisoned by a ridiculous nationalism). Even the Slovenians aren't entirely blameless, as they started the war with the Yugoslav army.
Also, the Balkan wars were in 1912-1913. The name is Yugoslav wars.
