Things aren't always what they seem.

Agreed. Things are probably much, much worse in Romney HQ than they seem from the outside.

Actually, Santorum has, like the reckless spender he is, probably loaded up his campaign with debt. Sure, he will get some donations the next couple of weeks, but it will mostly dry up by Michigan/Arizona.
The field is more crowded than it was a few days ago. If Santorum had been this strong in South Carolina, Mitt would have won there. Yes, the South is back in play now. And both Santorum and Gingrich will be broke beyond recovery after they get out-spent trying to compete on Super Tuesday.

Santorum and Gingrich are only continuing this nonsense because thy have nothing to lose. They would rather help Obama than do the honorable thing.

Santorum's C.U.M. was pretty powerful, though, even though it came right after a limp finish.

If he has another C.U.M. right now, I think we'll all be startled by the result.  Mitt Romney won't know what hit him.

Considering how inconsistent this race has been, I think it's ridiculous for anyone to state Romney's done, Gingrich is done, or Santorum is done. Likewise, it's ridiculous to say any of them have the nomination locked up. Though I still believe Romney has the best chance.

Yes, another stimulus of C.U.M after another phase of "Operation Backdoor" by the Democrats may lead to another Santorum surge. It is possible, but how many times can it be repeated in one contest?
