I think this is a little too tough.  Someone may make a mistake and now we are go to invalidate their vote?  I won't support that.

The reason I decided to propose this was because the Do Not PM List is a pointless list that doesn't have any teeth. We created this list of protected citizens that didn't want their privacy disturbed, but didn't create any mechanism for ensuring nobody bothers them. I just feel like we should have some sort of punishment associated with breaching that list, or we should get rid of that list entirely, that's all.

The law in itself is entirely superfluous, as is this amendment...

Get rid of the list entirely, then.

Is there anyone actually on the list? If not, what's the point?

Hey, no problem with that here.

I'd like to introduce the following amendment:

I accept this as friendly. If no one objects in 24 hours, I'll move right into a final vote.

I agree with the proposed amendment.  The list does not appear to do anything (while I agree with the idea) because any penalty would be way to severe.  Thus getting rid of it makes sense.

I hate seeing bureaucratic regulations I set up being repealed. It's like I have been forgotten. Sad

This bill has passed, and I now present it to the President for his signature. Nice work folks.

Another curious lack of criticism from the apparently self-appointed Master of Activity on someone from his own party. As if we should expect consistency? This bill has become law without Presidential signature.

The Master of Activity would like to thank the President for allowing this excellent bill to become law! Grin
