For me it's a tough choice... breakfast I used to believe had the best food but then I had breakfast for dinner too many times and got tired of it. Dinner clearly has the best food and biggest portions and can include alcohol... but I will go with lunch. Always out and about in the middle of activities- good food, good prices

as a collegian I don't have clearly defined meals as such, but when in a more normal routine my answer is dinner.

...lunch is fantastic when it (1) involves alcohol, (2) lasts for at least 90 minutes and (3) involves friends.

What you have just described is illegal under neo-liberalism.  Get back to work!

As for myself, my meals are at extremely odd hours due to my die-hard night-owl freedom fighter status.  When I ate breakfast-lunch-dinner at 'normal' hours due to the horrible imposition of paid  employment, it nearly killed me.

I don't understand why you can't just eat normal food in the morning.

I know a few people who will eat pizza for breakfast.  I think it's perfectly acceptable.  I wouldn't do it, and I hardly ever eat "normal food" before 10:00.  Breakfast time for me also always begins between 11:00 pm and 12:00 am.

Definitely breakfast. In fact, I don't understand why we don't just eat breakfast every meal. Smiley

I sometimes eat steak and eggs for breakfast... that may qualify as normal food

I always eat normal food 'in the morning' because I always eat my first meal at lunchtime (or later).

coffee on an empty stomach?  That doesn't sound like how I'd want to start my day.  I typically go with 2 or 3 packets of instant oatmeal and a cup of green tea.

If it's the weekend, brunch or breakfast.

During the week, dinner.

Lunch. But under neo-liberalism, like Opebo said, dinner would be more acceptable.

Fills me up pretty good. I may have some toast or cereal along with it, but nothing more.

if you turn to caffeine dependence as a freshman/sophomore in high school it really does not bode well for your future.
