That surge in the national polls lasted all of five seconds. Santorum's gone from leading by 15 according to PPP, now to the margin of error.

I think this is a bit off-mark.  It's pretty clear that PPP has been seeing the race differently (perhaps in part because they get a lower response rate, and Romney's supporters aren't very enthusiastic), not that there was some one-day surge.  I mean, we have polls from days that overlap PPP's that suggest it's a polling firm difference.

LOL wow!

PPP was the only one showing him up by that much so his surge hasn't faded; it just wasn't as big as PPP thought.

I think supporting Romney creates a brain tumor that gradually destroys ones mind. Winfield and Politico are in the late stages and sadly our dear friend redcommander will also be speaking in babel shortly.
