Question - what's the deadline for declaring for write-ins? Has it already passed?

EDIT: More to the point, I'm assuming the deadline for the April election is still in the future?

Not that it matters but what are the laws regarding socks here? Do you still count the vote of the 'sock master'?

I bring it up since WrathoftheGods was apparently a JoMoCar sock.

The special election a week or two back had a turnout of 39% I think, so there's that.

Like apparently half the electorate, I did not see the point in bothering to vote when the results were obvious in advance.
