Why is my second preference for Oakdale/Napoleon not counted.?

The Oakvale/Napoleon ticket is not a declared candidate.

But Tweed can have three runningmates who's declared status can be disputed?

What do you mean?

There have been at least three runningmates listed alongside Tweed and all those votes for Tweed counted.

Please provide some evidence for this claim. My review of the ballots has not turned up anything which would support it.

One Tweed led ticket was Tweed/Bgwah a second Tweed led ticket was with Belgansocialist, the third runningmate was Bald Mother er. I'm sure at least one of those running mates are not valid .

Wait, JCL is also running, why isn't he on the ballot?

Because I made a mistake. He's on the ballot now.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's any legal remedy for those who have already voted...

Will you resign as SoFE as a result of this omission costing a candidate votes?

Why are you taking his side when he committed official misconduct?

This is not an attempt at a coup. This is a citizen asserting that his government honor the rule of law. If the request would be honored I will have no reason to sue for the presidents removal as a co-defendant in this matter.

Notice to the SoFE

Executive Order

In all future federal elections, the election administrator shall be required to post a sample ballot at least 24 hours in advance, to ensure the validity of the ballot and raise awareness for the upcoming election.

Only the senate can do that. Article 1 Section 4 Clause 6 of the Atlasian Constuition is the final authority on this matter. Thus your excutive order does not meet the demand. You have till 2pm Wednesday EDT to fire or homely resigns. Failure means I go to the Senate to seek an impeachment of both you Napoleon and the VP.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 is the final authority on the matter. I'll even quote it for you.

See that?

The Senate makes the laws, and I decide how to execute them, as I just have. Case closed. Sue me if you wish. I will not be firing the SoFE so you can go ahead and start it right now.

I'm giving you a chance to make this right. Only the senate can do what you purport to do. I'm not gonna stand for your attempt to ursurp power specifically ment for the senate.

No, impossible. I have the same score with  Jbrase voting for Deus. He has probably made a mistake by recopying usernames. Let me 10 minutes.

It's no mistake Deus wins.

Both would have 56 Last Round votes then, right? Why is then Deus the winner, he has had less votes in every but the final round (where they have an equal number) then Alfred?

Nope. Alfred would have 55 in the final.
