His voter intent was NOT clear.  Looking at the ballot, it appears his intent was to cast a vote for Tweed/Belgiansocialist and not for Tweed/Bgwah.  Now he says he screwed up.  Well, sorry pal, deal with it.  Votes get counted the way they are cast.

So you believe that voter intent is exactly what appears on the ballot? What if it was a misspelling?
