ARG seems to have a good cycle, if Rasmussen can confirm their numbers ...

If Arizona came after Michigan, maybe then Phil.  However, with them at the same time, unless someone dumps tens of millions into Santorum's superpac, it ain't worth it.

Since over 1/3 of the vote is already probably in it is tough to see Romney losing Arizona.

Michigan will be the story. Not Arizona. This will be a consolation prize for Romney.

If things are going south for Mitt in MI, he may want to consider going to AZ for election night. The optics of him appearing a loser in MI can be mitigated by him as a big winner in AZ.

This should only be a last-minute backup plan though...something they dont announce until election day itself maybe.

But Arizona, because it is winner take all, is the big delegate prize of the night. And IMHO we are to the point in the race when winning the most delegates more important than a media creative narrative.

This is true, but the narrative will have a big impact on Super Tuesday a week later. Losing the narrative the week before could hace dramatic implications on states that may be up in the air.
