Didn't we have a D-NY who was a black, back in the day? I think he was a D-NY. I may be imagining the whole thing.

I've noticed a weird development - all you youths are wearing t-shirts with slightly 'v-ed' necks.  I never really saw this when I was last in the USA a few years ago.

That's a sweet picture Kal. What was it like coming so close to the territory of a dictatorship?

It looks totally deserted but this is one of the most closely watched borders in Europe, since the quality of Polish-Belarussian relations is poor at best, as well as it's the EU border. In Terespol (crossing point) you are not allowed to get close to the river.

Terespol

Next year I'm planning to buy one-day visa and go see some Belarus.

Isn't J.J. black?  It's hard to imagine a white guy staying alive long in his neighborhood.

Its a disturbing trend and I am noticing it more and more on campus. I really do wish it would stop.

I don't think I own any non-v-neck t-shirts. Mine are a lot more "v-ed" than those posted on the last two pages though.

Mine are sort of like this:

Enough so that I can wear a shirt over it and you can't see the t-shirt. But not ridiculously deep like this:

Same here, this is why I wear v-necks as well. I don't like letting the shirt show, but if you do, go with a crew neck. A v-neck makes it look like you were trying to hide it but were sloppy about it.

yeah I have a no objection to an old fashioned v-necked undershirt - my father wore those all the time.  But no one should really wear a t-shirt, v-necked or crew-necked, alone in public.
