Thanks, Patrick!  Smiley  That picture was actually taken at Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia (my girlfriend lives and works in Halifax).  I'm not sure you made it to Peggy's Cove when you visited there last year?

Yeah, I did make it down to Peggy's Cove.  Gorgeous area.  Actually several pics are now my screensaver on comp and cell phone.  I thought it was there, that rock looked familiar Wink

Down @100 lbs/10 inches this morning in 8 months.  I am embarrassed that I let it get to that point but this gives me motivation to keep going.

Haha, I am naturally thickset so I probably held all that extreme weight better than most.  However, frustratingly along with that it is less noticeable when I lose weight. Just picture much more bloated.  I'll probably try to keep lifting and maybe drop another 20kgs or so. 

Not sure if Al was talking about my Cayman Islands T shirt....
I wish I had that type of money to hide Wink
