not only do I not agree with a lot of his points, but most of his points are unnecessary provocations.

Yeah, you did. You also told us he's irrelevant in this race. You also don't let your kids watch The Simpson's yet have no problem posting pictures of your children on the Internets. Do I need to go on with your stupid ideas or will that due for now?

posting previously published wholesome pictures of your children is somehow contrary to not watching the Simpson's....?

Best thing is that all jmf's (AKA hurr durr, I'm representing the Republican electorate) preferable candidates either failed early or did not bother to run in first place.

I'm with jmfcst on this one. And while I typically don't like to bother you guys with my intuitions, I have a strong feeling that Santorum has a bad week ahead.

I wouldn't let my kids watch the episodes of The Simpsons that they show now, either.

disregarding the personal stuff going on in this thread, I actually do think there is a point here.

The traditional definition of a troll is someone trying to provoke a reaction. I think that Santorum and his campaign are trying to do that. They are trying to get the President and democrats to talk about them and decry what he is saying, which only helps him with the base and helps set him up to look like he is taking on Obama.

I also think he is trying to provoke Romney. Every day he says something else that is super hard right on the culture wars. i think he is trying to draw Romney into a fight on that turf. In past primaries we have seen candidates call other candidates too extreme and I think that is exactly what Santorum wants to see.

so, yes...Santorum is a troll.
