Are you sure that a majority of Arizonans won't vote Democrat under any circumstances?  People said the same thing about Colorado and Nevada. I could be wrong, though. Arizona is filled with old racists that don't care about their social security.

I think they will in a decent landslide, as they did in 1996. You need a candidate more appealing to older people than Obama, though.

When I think of Arizona, I don't think just of Colorado and Nevada, I also think of Texas and Idaho. It's somewhere in between and that is unpleasant territory for any Dem.

I would see AZ going in 2012 before IN, but it is still probably part of the Dem's future and not for this year, although this poll has a lot of undecided Latinos. But hard to see how Obama can get to 50%+ this time except as part of a landslide
